What is Fear Free veterinary care?
Fear Free care reduces pet stress through gentle handling and calming environments. Our certified team uses specialized techniques to make visits comfortable while maintaining medical standards.
How do I schedule an appointment?
Call 707-553-8363, text, or use our online request form. A $84 deposit is required, refundable with 24-hour cancellation notice.
What payment options are available?
We accept major credit cards, Apple Pay, and third-party financing through CareCredit and Scratchpay. Full payment is due before services.
Do you offer emergency services?
Emergency care is available 9am-5:30pm Mon-Fri. After hours, we refer to UC Davis or Solano-Napa Pet Emergency Clinic.
What are your vaccination requirements?
Dogs need DAPP and Rabies; cats need FVRCP and Rabies. Medical exemptions require veterinarian approval.
