Make It Kount Entertainment

At Make It Kount Entertainment, we specialize in creating unforgettable experiences through professional DJ and event services. Founded by Mike Swain, a seasoned DJ with over two decades of experience, our company combines technical expertise with a deep passion for music and event coordination. Mike's journey in the industry began in high school, where his fascination with sound equipment laid the foundation for a career dedicated to enhancing events with precision and creativity. Despite facing a life-altering health challenge that required the amputation of his right leg, Mike's resilience and commitment to his craft have only strengthened our mission to deliver exceptional service. Our team utilizes top-tier professional-grade equipment from trusted brands like American DJ, Shure, and Denon DJ to ensure flawless audio-visual experiences.

We prioritize client satisfaction through meticulous planning, personalized consultations, and a strict policy of avoiding explicit content at family-friendly events. Our dedication to excellence is reflected in our membership with the National School Dance Network, guaranteeing appropriate music selection for school events. With a focus on adaptability and client-centric solutions, we cater to weddings, corporate gatherings, school dances, and private parties across the D/FW Metroplex, Tyler, and Longview regions. Our free online planner tool empowers clients and guests to collaborate on music choices, ensuring every event resonates with its audience. From intimate celebrations to large-scale productions, Make It Kount Entertainment remains committed to transforming ordinary events into extraordinary memories.
