I am absolutely satisfied with my experience with indoor comfort. Vince was very kind and knowledgeable and included me on what he was doing and looking for. At first he thought he could not find the fix to the issue we were having, but continued to pursue the answer and even came back to our house to check something which ended up being the fix! We are so grateful for his determination to find the answer to why our energy bills had been so high. Can't say enough about the customer service and specifically Vince's demeanor and help. Thank you!
