Cornell Roofing & Sheet Metal

Founded in 1927, Cornell Roofing & Sheet Metal has been a cornerstone of the Kansas City commercial roofing industry for nearly a century. Under the leadership of Mary McNamara since 2007, our company continues the legacy of three generations of McNamara family expertise in commercial roofing systems and sheet metal fabrication. Our commitment to integrity is demonstrated through our use of premium materials from industry leaders like Carlisle, Firestone, and GAF, combined with ongoing training for our expert crews. We maintain leadership positions in top industry associations while prioritizing safety through our comprehensive safety policy and fostering a positive work environment. Our community involvement spans decades, supporting local projects and organizations while expanding our capabilities to serve diverse sectors including healthcare, education, and government.

With state-of-the-art equipment and specialized teams for complex installations, we deliver watertight solutions for everything from urban high-rises to industrial facilities. Our preventative maintenance program extends roof lifespans through biannual inspections and proactive repairs, documented with detailed records and photographic evidence.
