I've been staffing experiential/marketing events for years. At first, I hired through temp agencies. There was always a lot of micro-managing and questionable staff involved with that process. Then I found Encore Nationwide. They opened my eyes to the possibilities of what event staffing should be like for a client. They have great talent nationwide. The staff is smart, outgoing, and presentable. Encore picks the staff that meets the need of the brand I am supporting. They handle no shows, and they always have someone to talk to about my project if I have questions.
