Pest Control
Our comprehensive pest control services address infestations of ants, rodents, bees, spiders, and other pests threatening homes and businesses. We employ proven methods to eliminate existing infestations while identifying and sealing entry points to prevent future issues. Our technicians receive ongoing training to handle both common and specialized pest problems, ensuring safe and effective solutions for residential and commercial properties across Western Washington.
Rodent Exclusion
Rodent exclusion services focus on permanently sealing entry points to prevent rodent infestations. Our trained technicians identify and repair gaps in foundations, roofs, and utility penetrations using durable materials that resist gnawing. This proactive approach stops future infestations while addressing current problems through humane removal techniques. We guarantee our exclusion work, providing long-term protection against property damage caused by rodents.
Insulation Services
Professional insulation installation improves home energy efficiency and comfort. We specialize in attic and crawlspace insulation using modern materials that meet current R-value standards. Our process includes removing contaminated insulation, installing vapor barriers, and ensuring proper ventilation. Energy rebates may be available for qualifying upgrades, helping homeowners reduce heating and cooling costs while improving indoor air quality.
Crawlspace Cleanup
Crawlspace cleanup services remove rodent droppings, contaminated insulation, and construction debris to restore healthy conditions. We install durable vapor barriers and seal entry points to prevent reinfestation. Our methodical approach includes cleaning pier pads, staking plastic to soil, and ensuring proper drainage. This critical maintenance protects structural integrity while improving overall home air quality and energy efficiency.
Attic Insulation
Attic insulation services enhance thermal performance and reduce energy costs. We remove old, contaminated insulation and install new materials to current R-30 standards.
