Karate Classes
Our traditional Shuri-ryu karate programs develop physical fitness, self-defense skills, and mental discipline. Students learn structured forms, sparring techniques, and character-building principles through age-appropriate curricula. With separate tracks for Tiny Tigers (3-6 years), youth, and adults, our classes emphasize progressive skill development and belt ranking systems.
Haganah Self-Defense
Haganah F.I.G.H.T. teaches practical self-defense techniques derived from Israeli military tactics. This system addresses real-world threats including weapon defense and multiple attackers. Adult students train in ground combat, disarming techniques, and situational awareness through structured drills and scenario-based training.
Iaijutsu Swordsmanship
Traditional Japanese swordsmanship instruction focuses on precise cutting techniques and kata forms. Students learn proper blade handling, posture, and movement patterns while developing focus and coordination. This discipline combines physical training with historical context and philosophical principles.
Youth Programs
Age-specific programs for children aged 3-15 build foundational motor skills, social development, and self-confidence. Tiny Tigers (3-6 years) develop balance and coordination, while older students progress through structured curricula emphasizing respect, focus, and perseverance in a safe, encouraging environment.
Black Belt Preparation
Dedicated black belt candidates receive specialized instruction in advanced techniques, teaching methodologies, and leadership development. This program includes rigorous physical conditioning, complex form mastery, and mentorship opportunities. Students prepare for formal testing through personalized training plans and performance evaluations.
