Your Local Yoga Studio for Healing and Wellness in South Bend
Dhanwantari Center For Yoga & Well-Being was founded in 2007 as Dhanwantari Center for Yoga and Well-Being, initially operating in downtown South Bend, Indiana. Our mission has always centered on yoga as a holistic healing modality, emphasizing mental clarity, physical wellness, and spiritual growth. In 2017, we rebranded and expanded our team by welcoming partner Dennis Orosz, relocating to the Rockstroh Building at 335 N. Lafayette Street. We specialize in creating an intimate, inclusive environment where students of all levels receive personalized attention through one-on-one sessions and small group classes. Our instructors combine decades of collective experience with diverse backgrounds, including veterans, educators, and lifelong practitioners.

We prioritize meditative practices aligned with ancient teachings while adapting to modern needs, such as pandemic-era safety protocols. Our community-driven approach fosters connection through workshops, events, and outreach initiatives like the Seva Project. We offer flexible pricing models, including discounted punch cards and sliding-scale options, ensuring accessibility for all. Our commitment to transparency is reflected in clear communication policies, pre-booking requirements, and adherence to local health regulations. With over 15 years of service, we remain dedicated to empowering individuals through yoga's transformative potential.
