Services
Composition Fiberglass Shingles
We install premium composition fiberglass shingles from leading manufacturers like GAF and CertainTeed. These durable, cost-effective roofing materials provide excellent protection against Bay Area weather conditions while offering aesthetic appeal through various color options. Our expert installation ensures long-lasting performance.
Modified Roofing Systems
Our modified bitumen roofing systems offer enhanced flexibility and durability for flat or low-slope roofs. Using Polyglass Polyflex G materials, we create watertight membranes that withstand temperature extremes while maintaining structural integrity for commercial and residential properties.
Gutters and Downspouts
We fabricate and install custom-built gutters in multiple color options to match property aesthetics. Our systems efficiently channel rainwater away from foundations, preventing water damage through proper drainage solutions tailored to local rainfall patterns.
Roof Repairs
Our comprehensive repair services address leaks, storm damage, and wear from decades of use. We diagnose issues promptly and implement lasting solutions using quality materials, extending roof lifespan while maintaining structural integrity across Alameda County properties.
Roof Coatings
We apply protective roof coatings that enhance energy efficiency and extend roof lifespan. These reflective coatings reduce heat absorption while creating waterproof barriers, particularly beneficial for flat roofs exposed to intense sunlight and temperature fluctuations.

The best in roofing. They are honest and professional, and a delight to work with! I worked with the Company in the 1980's when they replaced my detached garage and patio roof. I contacted them again in the 1990's to put a roof on my new sunroom. I worked with them a third time several years ago when I had to have a new roof on my house. Each time they were professional and courteous! I highly recommend them!

Report
Nicholas Roofing was great. I figure they are a good company to work for one of their roofer has been with them for 20+ years. They were very friendly, responsive to my requests and questions, and completed the project quickly and cleaned up their mess well. They even were very willing to allow me to pay half the cost on a 6 month payment plan which helped me immensely. Glad I gave them my business!
