Your Home for Worship and Community in Berkeley
Ephesian Church Of God In Christ is a thriving multi-cultural, multi-generational church dedicated to impacting the world through faith and excellence. Founded in 1926, we have grown from small prayer meetings to a vibrant community serving Berkeley, CA, and beyond. Our mission focuses on helping people know Jesus, become committed disciples, and transform communities. Under the leadership of Bishop Johnathan D. Logan, Sr., and Dr. Carolyn L. J. Logan, we emphasize worship, teaching, and outreach grounded in biblical truth. Our ministry team provides diverse opportunities for spiritual growth, including Bible studies, Sunday School, and fellowship programs. We believe in the power of the Holy Spirit, the importance of holiness, and the authority of Scripture in guiding our practices. Through dynamic worship services and community engagement, we strive to fulfill the Great Commission by bringing people into God's family. Our history reflects God's faithfulness, from our founding in 1926 through significant expansions and renovations. We welcome all to experience worship that combines traditional and contemporary elements with audible praise and spiritual gifts. Our vision for 2025 focuses on breaking forth into God's promises through expansion, increase, and global impact.
