Cosmetology
Our Cosmetology program trains students in hair cutting, coloring, styling, and chemical treatments using professional-grade products. Students gain hands-on experience in our full-service clinic floor, preparing for state licensing exams and careers in salons or freelance work. The curriculum combines technical skills with business acumen for career success.
Barbering
The Barbering program focuses on men's hair cutting, shaving, and grooming techniques with modern and traditional tools. Students practice on real clients in our barber shop environment, learning to create personalized styles while adhering to sanitation standards. Graduates are prepared for state exams and careers in barbershops or self-employment.
Aesthetician
Our Aesthetician program covers facial treatments, skincare analysis, and advanced techniques using Dermalogica and Murad products. Students work in our day spa to master facials, microdermabrasion, and waxing services. The curriculum includes business management to prepare graduates for spa employment or independent practice.
Manicuring
The Manicuring program teaches nail shaping, polish application, acrylics, and spa treatments in a professional setting. Students develop skills in our nail lab, learning proper sanitation and client consultation. Graduates receive state licensing preparation and job placement assistance in salons or nail-specific businesses.
Beauty Makeup Artistry
This program trains students in makeup application for fashion, weddings, and special effects using MAC Cosmetics products. Hands-on practice includes airbrush techniques, color theory, and client-specific designs. Graduates gain portfolio-building experience and connections to work in bridal, film, or retail makeup industries.

I love going to Lu Ross everyone there is so professional. Teachers are amazing! Love how they are right there on the floor checking on the students at all times. Victoria Garcia was AMAZING! She was friendly, professional and knowledgable. She went above and beyond with an already great service. What an incredible value! I absolutely LOVE my hair!
