How do I schedule a meet-n-greet?
Complete our online form to schedule Saturday/Sunday appointments between 1PM-4PM. Emergency meet-n-greets require 24-hour notice.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept Zelle transfers and cash payments only for all services including daycare, boarding, and late checkout fees.
Are there breed restrictions?
Yes, we exclude pit bulls, rottweilers, german shepherds, and other specified breeds due to safety requirements for our group environment.
What are your holiday hours?
We operate 10AM-6PM on holidays with standard rates applying except during Thanksgiving and Christmas weeks which have $15 surcharges.
