Residential Interior Design
We create tailored residential interiors that balance historical context with modern living needs. Our process begins with understanding client lifestyles, followed by space planning, material selection, and furnishing curation. From traditional estates to contemporary apartments, we ensure each project reflects the homeowner's personality while maintaining functional elegance through expert craftsmanship and artful detailing.
Space Planning
Our space planning optimizes room functionality and flow while preserving aesthetic harmony. We analyze architectural features and client routines to create efficient layouts that enhance daily living. This includes furniture arrangement, traffic pattern analysis, and storage solutions tailored to individual needs, ensuring spaces feel both practical and beautifully proportioned.
Custom Finishes
We specialize in custom finishes that elevate a home's character, including paint color selection, wall treatments, and trim design. Our team coordinates with artisans to create unique elements like handcrafted tiles or bespoke moldings, ensuring every detail aligns with the overall design vision while meeting durability and maintenance requirements for long-lasting beauty.
Art Curation
Leveraging Heidi's background in fine art dealing, we curate collections that enhance interior spaces. This includes sourcing antique and contemporary pieces, advising on placement, and ensuring artwork complements architectural and design elements. Our expertise extends to museum-quality acquisitions and creating cohesive visual narratives throughout residential environments.
Project Management
We oversee all aspects of design implementation, coordinating contractors, suppliers, and artisans to ensure timely execution. Our management includes budget tracking, quality control, and timeline adherence while maintaining open communication with clients. This comprehensive approach guarantees design integrity from concept to completion, minimizing client stress throughout the renovation process.
