I've already left a 5-star review for Full Nelson on google, but I wanted to make sure Chris L gets a shoutout too! We ran into an issue with our bathroom shower faucet today, and Chris was at our home within two hours of my callsuper quick response! He was able to fix the main issue efficiently and even took care of a few smaller problems while he was here. He also pointed out that some of our plumbing had been installed incorrectly (including the hot and cold water being swapped), which we had suspected.
He took the time to explain everything and followed up with a quote via email so we can plan for those repairs in the future. We've consistently had great experiences with Full Nelson, and this was no exception. I highly recommend them for both emergency repairs and routine maintenance.
