Asphalt Manufacturing
Our state-of-the-art asphalt plants produce customized mixes for road construction projects. Two facilities in Charleston and Summerville operate at 400-tons-per-hour capacity with 825-1,200 tons of storage. We supply hot mix asphalt and Tack in bulk or 5-gallon containers for municipal and private infrastructure projects across South Carolina.
Soil Stabilization
We implement advanced soil stabilization techniques for residential and commercial developments. This includes underground utilities installation, ground reclamation, and preparation for new construction projects. Our methods ensure proper foundation support while meeting environmental regulations for sustainable development in flood-prone Lowcountry areas.
Vacuum Truck Services
Our vacuum truck fleet prepares downtown Charleston and flood-prone areas for major weather events. These specialized vehicles clear drainage systems and perform camera inspections to maintain infrastructure integrity while preserving historic district requirements during storm season.
Land Surveying
We provide precise land surveying for infrastructure projects using modern geospatial technology. This service supports accurate planning and execution of road construction, utility installation, and development projects throughout the Lowcountry region.
Concrete Services
Our concrete services include curb and gutter installation for residential developments. We use specialized mixes like Surface Type C for historic preservation projects where vibration-sensitive applications prevent damage to 17th and 18th century structures in downtown Charleston.
