On Friday evening, we encountered a malfunctioning sensor in our upstairs unit. Despite the late hour, we promptly contacted the after-hours service, and to our relief, Rob, the technician, responded within an hour. In a commendable display of efficiency, he diagnosed the issue within two hours, procured the necessary part from the shop, and returned to swiftly restore our system, working diligently well into the evening.
