Questions
Why must outlets be within 50 feet?
Blower manufacturers require dedicated 15-amp circuits within 50 feet to prevent power loss. We can place towels in windows to maintain climate control while ensuring safety.
Do I include setup time in my event booking?
No, only provide your event's start and end times. We'll add necessary setup time during booking confirmation and arrive up to two hours early for park rentals.
How many garden hoses do I need?
Provide one garden hose per water-based rental. Borrowing additional hoses from neighbors is acceptable, but ensure proper water supply connections.
What areas do you serve?
