Cochran Music Preschool

Cochran Music Preschool has been nurturing young minds through music-based education in Norman, Oklahoma since 1944. Founded by Doris Hickman, our legacy spans three generations dedicated to creating a joyful learning environment where children develop educational fundamentals, confidence, and independence. Our unique approach integrates music into early childhood education, fostering a love for learning through structured classes like Little Mozarts and Pre-K Superstars. With over 80 years of experience, we continue to serve families from Moore and Norman, offering specialized programs that combine creativity with academic growth. Our commitment to quality education is reflected in our flexible offerings, including birthday parties, summer camps, and Parents Night Out events.

Led by educators with deep roots in the community, we maintain a focus on personalized attention and holistic development. Our facility in Norman provides a safe, engaging space where children aged 2-8 thrive through interactive play and musical exploration. We pride ourselves on maintaining the values established by our founders while adapting to modern educational needs. Every aspect of our program is designed to create positive first school experiences filled with love, laughter, and learning. This enduring dedication to early childhood development has made us a trusted institution in Oklahoma's educational landscape.
