Tai Chi
Our Tai Chi program develops internal energy flow for improved coordination, balance, and spiritual well-being. Practitioners learn traditional Chen, Yang, Wu, and Sun styles through slow, precise movements combined with controlled breathing. This mind-body practice enhances flexibility, reduces stress, and promotes longevity while maintaining martial arts applications.
Kung Fu
Shaolin Kung Fu training builds stamina, flexibility, and combat skills through traditional routines and weapon forms. Students develop physical strength while learning self-defense techniques rooted in Chinese martial arts heritage. Our program includes Long Fist, Qin Na, and Sanda for comprehensive skill development.
Qigong
Medical Qigong combines breathing techniques with slow movements to improve energy flow, reduce stress, and enhance overall health. Our program includes Taoist and Shaolin styles focusing on longevity, disease prevention, and mind-body connection through traditional practices like Ba Duan Jin.
Weapons Training
We offer comprehensive weapons instruction including straight sword, staff, spear, and broadsword. Training develops strength, coordination, and martial awareness while preserving traditional Chinese weapon forms. Students learn both solo routines and partner applications for practical skill development.
Push Hands
Push Hands practice develops sensitivity, timing, and martial strategy through partner drills. Students learn to redirect force using internal principles rather than brute strength. This training enhances balance, reflexes, and practical application of Tai Chi's martial aspects.
