We offer custom-designed cakes in multiple flavors including white, chocolate, marble, red velvet, and lemon poppy seed. Available in various sizes from 7" to 14" rounds and sheet cakes serving up to 96 people.
Do you make German-style baked goods?
Yes, we specialize in traditional German baked goods including Kringles, Soft Bavarian German Pretzel Rolls, and European-style breads. Our recipes originate from our family's nine-generation German baking heritage.
What are your bakery hours?
We're open Monday-Friday 6:00 AM-5:00 PM and Saturday-Sunday 7:00 AM-5:00 PM. Our bakery offers fresh daily production with special bread sales on Wednesdays and muffin specials on Fridays.
Can I order cakes online?
We require all cake orders to be placed in person or by phone at 847-741-0249. Custom orders typically need two weeks' notice, especially for tiered or decorated cakes.
What other baked goods do you make?
In addition to cakes, we produce daily fresh pastries, muffins, breads, donuts, tortes, and specialty items like our Dessert Torte line. Our menu includes both traditional and contemporary baked goods.
