Sheet Metal Fabrication
Our sheet metal fabrication combines automated CNC lasers with skilled craftsmanship for precision cutting and forming. We handle materials up to 1" thick carbon steel, 0.5" stainless steel, and 0.375" aluminum. Our capabilities include laser cutting, plasma cutting, and water jet cutting with tolerances measured in thousandths of an inch. Precision Machining
Our CNC machining center features Mazak and Fadal equipment with 5-axis capabilities for complex geometries. We produce precision components up to 30" x 80" with tight tolerances for aerospace and defense applications. The shop maintains backup inventory for urgent orders and delivers quantities up to 1,000 pieces in less than two weeks. Our capabilities include milling, turning, and specialized finishing for medical-grade stainless steel.
Structural Steel Fabrication
