All staff members I communicated with were wonderful. The dispatch personnel: Rebecca, Amber, Ashley, Julia were super nice and accommodated my needs. On the day of service, tech was ahead of schedule and they asked me if he could come earlier. I was available and Ian did a terrific job. He was kind, professional and I highly recommend the team at Boulder Garage Door.

The spring on my garage door broke last week. I had used Boulder Garage Door in the distant past, so I called them again, only to find out that the ownership had changed. I was a little skeptical, but since they quoted a reasonable price and said they could come out later that day to do the repair, I booked it.
Matt L came out and did a spectacular job; I got notified he was on his way, he was on time, he was very friendly and diligent in getting the repair done right.
He ran into a few problems due to the old installation, but was able to finally work around them and got everything put together except for a little fine tuning. The next morning Sean came out to finish the job and patiently spent time adjusting everything to my satisfaction. After he was done, my wife commented on the door operation, remarking on how much better it seemed to be working. I cannot say enough about Boulder Garage Door. Sean and Matt did outstanding work and I really appreciate them going above and beyond. I will certainly use Boulder Garage Door in the future.

Ian was wonderful! Very professional, kind, and good-hearted man who took the time to really help me find the right option for what we needed. He even noticed that a few parts we weren't planning on fixing were wearing a lot, called his manager, without me knowing, to see if he could get us a discount and did! so that we could get the parts we needed for our garage door close to our budget. He was very respectful, fixed everything on the spot, and honest. Thank you Ian for you help! Our garage door is now working great!

Came home to discover my garage door opener no longer worked. Called Boulder Garage and not only did they have a tech at my house within 3 hours, but the tech had everything on his truck to completely overhaul my garage door opener SAME DAY - new motor, new springs, new wheels etc. The tech, Ian was AMAZING and walked me through ever step of the project and stayed quite late into the evening making sure everything was perfect. Can't recommend these guys enough. There are so many shady service providers out there to avoid, but you can sleep easy with Boulder Garage Door based on my experience.

The garage door closes as we backed up the car. So the frame of the garage door was slightly bent at the bottom. Went on to Yelp to get some estimates. Boulder Garage Door was the first few ones who responded within 15 minutes. They were able to sent someone out within two hours of responding. I was very impressed with our technician Nick. He was thorough and explained what needed to be fixed. Another company quoted me to replace the whole door but Nick says he can fixed the door plus service the opener too.
The estimate provided was very fair and I am thrilled for not having to replace the garage door which would be very expensive. Nick completed the job in two hours. Not only he fixed the one garage door, he ended up fixing my second door too which had issues with not able to close properly.
Overall, I am very happy with Boulder Garage door and will definitely use them again with all my garage issues.
