Laser Cutting
Our laser cutting services utilize 2000-4000 watt fiber resonators to achieve precision cuts up to 1" thick in carbon steel. With 60"x120" to 80"x160" working ranges, we maintain tolerances at .005 inch while handling both one-off prototypes and large production runs. This non-contact method eliminates tool wear and allows rapid processing of complex shapes without fixturing.
Waterjet Cutting
Using high-pressure waterjets capable of cutting materials up to 8" thick, we provide thermal-free processing for metals, composites, and specialty materials. Our dual-head systems increase productivity by 50% while maintaining edge qualities from Q1 to Q5 standards. This eco-friendly method supports material nesting to minimize waste and reduce costs for clients.
CNC Machining
Our CNC machining capabilities include 4-axis vertical and horizontal mills with rapid tool changers and dual pallet systems.
