I can't say enough about how amazing Port City Collision is! I called the local Audi dealership and asked where they took their cars, and it being a certified Audi body shop, I knew this was the place to go. I was involved in an accident that was not my fault and they went back and forth with the gentleman's insurance that hit me to ensure I got all OEM parts. The insurance company was even threatening to total loss the vehicle, but PCC knew how much the car meant to me and also ensured it got fixed. Jeffrey Carl was absolutely incredible to work with, communication always spot on, etc.
Let me tell you the car looks like it just rolled out of the factory, no one can believe my car is a 2014. They had it all cleaned up and perfect when I went to pick it up, I even cried just a bit! There aren't enough thank yous I can give to Port City Collision...thank you, Jeff and everyone at PCC for ALL for all your hard work and dedication to fixing my vehicle to Audi's standards and making me feel so special. I absolutely love having my car back!
