Your Trusted Partner for Mental Health and Human Services in North Carolina
North Pointe-Archdale Assisted has been a family-owned and operated service provider since 1958, dedicated to delivering comprehensive human services that empower individuals to achieve their life goals. Founded by Cap and Mabel Burrow in Randolph County, North Carolina, our organization began as the Randolph Rest Home and has grown to serve approximately 1,000 individuals across the state. Our leadership, including second-generation administrator Kenny Burrow and third-generation administrator Dean Wilson, continues to prioritize person-centered care rooted in individual choices, homelike environments, and community involvement. We specialize in supporting individuals with developmental disabilities, mental illness, and substance abuse challenges through a range of services, including community-based support, group homes, and mobile crisis response. Our commitment to cultural competency is demonstrated through a diverse workforce, language accessibility, and annual diversity training.

Nationally accredited by The Council on Quality and Leadership, we adhere to rigorous standards while maintaining a tradition of equitable practices. Our team of trained professionals provides 24/7 services, including crisis intervention, psychosocial rehabilitation, and adult day programs. We collaborate with six Managed Care Organizations to deliver geriatric mental health services across 30 counties. The Cap and Mabel Burrow Foundation, our nonprofit arm, addresses unmet medical and social needs through private donations and community partnerships. For over six decades, we have remained steadfast in our mission to create a better world through respect for diverse beliefs and customs, ensuring no individual faces discrimination or harassment.
