Services
Metal Stamping
Our metal stamping department utilizes presses ranging from small tonnage to hundreds of tons for drawing, blanking, and forming operations. We handle both progressive and compound dies with coil-fed material, supporting small and large lot sizes. Our OBI, straight side, and hydraulic presses produce complex stamped components for automotive and industrial applications.
CNC Precision Machining
State-of-the-art horizontal and vertical machining centers produce precision components with tight tolerances. Our capabilities include multi-axis turning centers with live tooling and twin-spindle machines for complex geometries. We support both prototype and high-volume production runs using palletized systems for maximum efficiency across diverse part requirements.
Sheet Metal Fabrication
Laser cutting, turret punching, and CNC press brakes create precision sheet metal components up to 5/8" plate. Our Amada and Mitsubishi equipment handles prototyping and production runs with automated loading systems. We form complex tubing components using advanced benders and perform secondary operations like fastener insertion and grinding.
Welding & Brazing
Certified welders and robotic systems perform MIG, TIG, and projection welding for steel, aluminum, and stainless steel. Our OTC and Lincoln equipment ensures quality welds for structural and precision assemblies. We handle both manual and automated welding operations with fixturing that maintains dimensional accuracy across production batches.
Engineering Support
Our engineering team provides design for manufacturability (DFM) analysis and reverse engineering services. Using 3D modeling software, we optimize part designs for cost efficiency and performance. We collaborate with client teams for root cause analysis and develop temporary tooling solutions during production transitions.
