Wholesale Ornamental Plants & Shrubs in North Carolina
Gossett's Landscape Nursery has been cultivating superior quality woody ornamental plants, shrubs, and trees since 1955. Our family-owned operation, rooted in the Deep River community of North Carolina, combines decades of horticultural expertise with a commitment to personalized service. Originally established as a vegetable and tobacco farm in the early 1900s, our transition to a nursery began after WWII when founder Ralph Gossett drew inspiration from European gardens during his military service. Today, we grow over 225 varieties of plants, serving garden centers, landscapers, and contractors across the Mid-Atlantic region. Our Christian-based values guide our approach to customer relationships, ensuring prompt, friendly service while maintaining rigorous quality standards. We continually update our digital plant resources to provide clients with accurate, seasonally relevant information. As a multi-generational business, we preserve our founders' legacy through dedicated employee partnerships and sustainable growing practices. Our physical location in Guilford County remains central to our operations, supporting both local and regional landscaping needs. The nursery's evolution from a small family farm to a respected wholesale supplier reflects our enduring dedication to horticultural excellence and customer satisfaction.

Shrubs
Our nursery offers extensive shrub varieties for functional and decorative landscaping applications. These plants provide structure, seasonal interest, and habitat value for commercial and residential projects. All shrubs meet our strict quality standards before distribution.
Trees
We grow shade and flowering trees that serve as landscape focal points while supporting local ecosystems. Our inventory includes both native and adapted species with proven performance in regional conditions. Trees receive specialized care throughout their growth cycle.
Ground Cover
Our ground cover selections prevent soil erosion while creating cohesive landscape designs. These low-maintenance plants thrive in various light conditions and complement larger plant installations. We offer both evergreen and seasonal options.
Perennials
We produce long-lasting perennials that return yearly with minimal maintenance. Our varieties provide seasonal color transitions and pollinator support for landscaped areas. Plants are cultivated to ensure strong root development before sale.
