Services
Residential Carpet Cleaning
Our residential carpet cleaning service uses truck-mounted systems with extra-long hoses for quiet, efficient cleaning. We employ encapsulation technology to break down tough stains while minimizing drying time, ensuring safe, quick results for homeowners. This method also reduces moisture-related risks like mold growth.
Commercial Carpet Cleaning
Commercial cleaning utilizes encapsulation technology ideal for high-traffic areas like offices and schools. Our system allows unrestricted movement during cleaning with no bulky hoses, maintaining productivity while achieving deep, long-lasting results. Low water usage ensures minimal disruption to business operations.
DuPont Carpet Protector
DuPont Carpet Protector creates a barrier against dirt and spills, making maintenance easier. This treatment helps fibers resist soiling, simplifies stain removal during cleanings, and extends the time between professional services while maintaining appearance and hygiene standards.
Free Sample Cleaning
We offer free sample cleanings to demonstrate our confidence in results. This allows clients to compare our work directly with competitors before committing to full-service appointments, ensuring complete satisfaction with our methods and outcomes.
Encapsulation Technology
Encapsulation technology uses crystallizing polymers to trap dirt particles for easy removal. This method provides deep cleaning with reduced moisture, making it ideal for multi-story buildings and sensitive environments requiring rapid drying and minimal disruption.

Report
I had been updating a rental property that had multiple stains on the stairs, and while remodeling, I decided to leave my shoes on to walk in and out. By the end of the project, the stairs were filthy. I happen to work for a company that manufactures commercial and industrial cleaning equipment - anything from vacuums to street sweeper-sized machines. I used one of our cleaners for the rest of the house and did see great results, but a main hallway and the stairs were still not great. Exceptional Carpet Care came in and cleaned the stairs and hallway, and they seriously looked brand new.
I couldn't believe how great they looked. Additionally, they were available almost immediately, and the price was very reasonable. I would absolutely recommend them for anybody looking to clean their carpets.

The work was done well and as promised. The carpets looked great afterwards and the furniture was moved as we had discussed during the estimate.
