Your Premier Live Music Destination in San Angelo
Blaine's Pub was founded in the late 1990s by Blaine Martin, a visionary with a passion for authentic Texas Honky Tonk culture. Our venue was built around a carefully curated jukebox featuring classic outlaw country legends like Waylon Jennings and Willie Nelson, creating a space where diverse patrons could unite through music. Over decades, we've become a cornerstone of the Texas Country and Americana music scenes, hosting both rising stars and established acts. Our intimate stage design ensures an up-close experience with artists, preserving the raw energy that defines live performances. Under current ownership by Cody Sturm and Katie Bollinger, we maintain Blaine's original vision of prioritizing quality music over gimmicks, with no karaoke, blenders, or dart boards. Our historic downtown San Angelo location continues to attract music lovers seeking genuine Texas hospitality. We've hosted legendary moments like Merle Haggard's multiple visits and even a Guinness World Record attempt for Ferris wheel endurance. Our Spotify playlist offers a preview of upcoming artists, keeping fans connected to the evolving Texas music landscape. While ownership has changed hands, our commitment to preserving the pub's spirit and musical legacy remains unwavering. Today, Blaine's Pub stands as both a tribute to its founder and a living testament to the enduring power of live music in Texas culture.
