The first time they came to clean 8 chairs, one ottoman and a 5x8 rug I was not happy with the chair cleaning. They were more than willing to schedule a redo and the owner offered a full refund. I wanted the chairs cleaned so the technician was out yesterday. He did a marvelous job and got the chairs looking like new. He also did this in a torrential rain storm and did not complain once after getting soaked coming in and out of the house. I'm very happy with this company and will definitely use them again
