Mark oversaw the install and was very knowledgeable. He always had good answers to my questions. I appreciate the fact he took the time to explain things to me. As you know, I was out of town at the time of the install, but you and your crew took care of everything without a problem and finished on time and on budget. From our first contact with your company, we were very satisfied with your professionalism. The installation workers arrived at our home several days earlier than expected (this actually worked well for us as we were leaving on a vacation at the scheduled installation time). All work was completed in an unobtrusive manner with a high degree of attention to details and quality of installation. The technicians did a great job of installing all equipment during one of the hottest weeks of the season. They were extremely polite and efficient and did a great job of keeping our home clean during the installation process. Thank you again for the fine work you have completed in our home.
