This past Thursday evening I had the privilege of being installed as Chairman of the Board for the Florida Restaurent and Lodging Association. The night was special for a number of reasons.
First, history was made in that I am the first chairman of the board from the lodging side of the industry. Secondly, we had the opportunity to host a very elite group of professionals from our industry and many legislative leaders from our state and our county.
I know based on preliminary feedback that we will secure future business as a result of your great efforts. I wanted to send a note of thanks for your help in pulling off a spectacular series of events! You always do a remarkable job and we are proud to be your partner in wowing our guests. It was very humbling to hear nothing but positive remarks from an audience of some of the most influential people in the State of Florida. I thank you from the bottom of my heart!
