Having worked with several agents in the past, I highly recommend Frances as your only agent. We worked with Frances to sell our home and find us a new home and she was awesome ! The transactions were very smooth and she was able to ensure that she remained on top of things. The difference in how Frances works is that she handles the important work herself instead of handing it over to her assistant. She is always on top of things and is always one step ahead. She understands the real estate business very well helped us make some important decisions in the process. I highly recommend Frances !

Frances helped us sell our home and we could not have been more satisfied with her service. She is a very hard working,caring individual and very professional! As first time home buyers, we had a lot to learn, both about purchasing a home in the Bay Area and defining our needs. Frances was there every step of the way. She answered our thousands of questions and researched available listings at comparable prices in many communities. She listened to us as we tried to balance our needs, our preferences and our budget regarding the kind of home we wanted to purchase.
She worked tirelessly to schedule viewings of homes in many cities from San Jose to Tracy. She helped us keep perspective and our sense of humor throughout the process. Frances helped me and my wife with our recent home purchase, and we are extremely happy with her service. She is a high caliber real estate agent with tons of experience, and is very good at what she does. In our last purchase, we had a tough battle becaue we had to bid against four other buyers. However, through her resourcefulness, hard work, and persistence, Frances got us our dream house.

Over the years, we have worked with other real estate agents, but there is no one like Frances. She treated us like we are part of her family, always gave us good advices, and only had our best interest in mind. She is a good listener, is attentive to details, and is very caring. She also kept us calm, and did not let our emotions get over our head. She was also very responsive.
We sometimes emailed her with questions (even late in the evening), and she always got back to us right away. We think what sets her apart from other real estate agent is that she adds a human touch to everything that she does. Things like baking cookies, bringing gifts to everyone she works with, personalizing our offer letter, etc., - all collectively made a big difference in the process, and made the process just more enjoyable when working with her. We think Frances is one of the best real estate agents you can find. If we need to sell our house, or make another purchase, we'll sure go with her again. We highly recommend her to anyone.

Best Realtor we've worked with!
Moving/buying and selling houses is always a stressful business, but Frances made the whole time we worked with her an absolute pleasurable experience. We always felt she did everything with our interest at heart which started from the very beginning. I felt she listened intently to what we were looking for in searching for a property, and all homes she showed us mapped to what we were looking for.
Then when it came to negotiating terms on our chosen property she was patient and informative when it came to explaining the best way forward and we benefited from her sound advice. I would not hesitate to work with her again!

The Best Service we ever got from a real estate agent.
Frances Navarro is the best agent we ever encountered. We were looking for a house for many years, may be at least 10 years. We dealed with a lot of agents and no one beats Frances. We got our dream house within a week. This 3060 sq ft house can not be obtained any more in this very safe neighborhood even if you have more money than you need for the house.
She is very experienced, responsive, patient and knows to get one step ahead of the game. After our offer was accepted she helped us getting the loan. After we bought the house she gave us free services like cleaning the whole house, free gardening services and even having fixed the appliances for free. She is very professional but she will help you like you are her own friend.
