I just had my first treatment of kybella. It was a great experience from when I walked in the door to be greeted by a very friendly receptionist. I was taken back immediately after filling out paperwork by the nurse/coordinator?, Melanie. She was very friendly and explained in detail what to expect. Dr. Buford came in and I felt very welcomed by his warm demeanor. He was very detailed in explaining the procedure - what it would entail and what to expect afterwards.

The injections are not super painful, but definitely not fun :-) After the injections, the pain is like a huge throbbing pimple which they ice right away and the pain subsides very quickly. The day after I am swollen, which is typical immediately after the procedure, however I do not have any pain. I cannot speak to the results as I just had it done but I wanted to comment on the great service they provide and the warm caring people they have working there. Thanks so much!

Wonderful staff and fantastic experience! My girlfriend is quite petite and Dr. Buford managed to fit 560cc for her. When she came out of surgery you couldn't tell that she was all that swollen so we were a little concerned they weren't as big as she hoped. Now it's been just shy of a month and her swelling has completely gone down and they look amazing! I told her, and was sincere, that she was every bit as beautiful without implants but I cannot deny how she turns heads now, and the real reward is seeing her self-confidence sky rocket!
