We needed to have a French door replaced due to weather related damage and, of course, our door was not a normal-sized, buy from Home Depot, style door. We had a number of quotes and they were all over the place but mostly in the 'I'm definitely not paying that for a door' range. We decided to go to Graceland to ask for a quote - our fallback was that we were going to bite the bullet and have the area reframed so a standard door could fit. Graceland sent their person out to measure and the quote was much more reasonable then the other ones that we had received and it was for a door that would replace the one we had at the same dimensions.
As a custom door it took about 6 weeks to get the door in. They sent a crew of 3 people out to do the installation, they tarped and masked off the area very well, did a phenomenal job of removing the old door and refitting in the new door, replaced the mouldings both inside and outside of the doors (with caulking at the seams), and even reinstalled the shades that had been mounted on the old door for us.
When they finished they cleaned the entire area, vacuumed the work area, and left it pristine. It's literally ready for painting with no additional prep needed. We were very happy with their communications through the process, the workmanship, and the professionalism.
As a custom door it took about 6 weeks to get the door in. We just bought our 1st home and needed to replace the windows and sliding doors. We looked through Yelp and looked at Home Advisor and had Graceland come out for consultation. Trevor was really cool and great - answered our questions and is fast and responsive. Upon getting quotes from multiple people and having multiple different types of people come out and give us quotes, we decided to go with Graceland. The turn around time is almost a couple weeks faster than other companies. I will update this post once they actually come and do the installation!

While renovating our home, we originally considered leaving the old windows in the house since, based on what our friends were saying, window replacement was not cheap and our budget was limited. After meeting with Trevor on the property and going through all the window needing replacement (9 in total), he gave us a very competitive quote and far below the other quotes we received. Because of this great price, we decided to move forward with replacing all the windows in the house.
The installers were very quick (half day for 9 windows) and did a great job at sealing the new windows and hauled off the old ones. Thanks to the team at Graceland, we now have a massive living room window that has become a major focal point and talking point amongst friends.

I was recommended Graceland Windows by a coworker. My wife and I were really wanting to get new windows before winter, so after Trevor came over and talked to us, we just went for it. He was very upfront about the windows and their pricing. The situation felt right. I didn't feel like I was getting a hard sell. So we just went for it and got all 19 windows replaced. The price was good. We went with NT Executive Series vinyl windows.
They weren't cheap, but they also weren't too expensive. If they were less, I probably would have been a little suspicious. Two months in and we are very happy with them. The before and after is pretty huge. We can actually heat our house now. It's not drafty anymore. I'm also looking forward to see how cool they keep the house in the summer. Everyone at Graceland was very professional, kind, and responsive. They really seem to care about doing it right. I've already recommended Graceland to another coworker

I enjoyed the whole refab process, surprisingly. Jacob and his team were great and so professional. He talked me into a better design aesthetic that actually ended up being cheaper! I met with Jacob to discuss window options and from our first meeting, I felt like he is the right contractor to do my windows. His knowledge is well rounded in terms of interior and exterior design of the window to the overall theme of the house. I would definitely contact this business for future window and door installations. The prices given are way cheaper than the rest of the contractors that I've met. I wanted to Replace my windows with E-Series Anderson and I would never would want to go through 'Renewal by Anderson,' because of their corporation's high profit margin.

Graceland Blinds is a top notch company. My husband and I were in desperate need for blinds in our new home that did not have any window coverings. After contacting Graceland blinds, we then met Jacob. He came over, took accurate measurements and provided us a quote. Jacob never tried to "make a sale" with us. We felt he was truly concerned about our happiness about our decision, whatever that might have been.

We had Jacob out about 6 months ago to take a look at some French-style doors we have and get some general pricing on new windows. First, I want to mention that Jacob found an alternative to replacing our doors which no other company we got quotes from mentioned to us. He was also quick to work up a quote for replacing all of our windows, 14, and was extremely helpful in doing so. In the end we used Graceland Windows and we are very pleased we did. The replacement windows are high quality and aesthetically perfect for our home, and Jacob was honest and personable. We confidently recommend Graceland Windows.

I started looking for replacement windows in our South Austin home back in April of '14 and quickly grew tired of sales guys overselling me and telling me what I "needed". Needless to say I called very few back. I finally quit kicking tires in August and decided to get 2 more quotes and Graceland Windows was one of them. Immediately I liked Jacob and the way he talked WITH me and not at me. He showed me samples and even gave me addresses of some homes he had installed similar windows in for my wife and I to take a look at.
The pricing was fair and the product has endured nicely through some of the hotter and colder days we've had. Overall, I'm very pleased with the replacement windows we purchased, the installation, and the way that the owner dealt with us. I'd choose Graceland Windows again if I were to do it all over.

We are very satisfied with our experience replacing windows with Graceland. We had done this sort of thing before at our home in Kansas so we had some benchmarks on pricing already. I don't want to sound like a broken record repeating what other reviewers have stated but Jacob was great to work with. He was honest and thorough, and I felt like he genuinely cared about getting our project done right. He showed up to the job site, walked through the final inspection with myself and his installers, and he answered all of our questions. We do recommend this company.

We got 3 quotes on replacing our original windows with vinyl windows but we decided to go with Graceland because of the amount of attention Jacob paid to the overall project. We ended up not even going with vinyl, instead we went with a bronze aluminum window and we are soooooo pleased we did. The aluminum cost a little more than the vinyl, but the overall price was still cheaper than some of the other vinyl quotes we got. The windows are great and Jacob was a pleasure to work with.

My husband and I started the task of getting estimates for replacing all of our windows in September and we quickly got overwhelmed with the process and the seemingly nice yet pushy salesmen. Then walks in Jacob with Graceland Windows. I'll try not repeat every other reviewer's sentiments, but he was a breath of fresh air. Graceland's price point was very competitive and Jacob was wonderful in spelling out expectations of lead times.
We've had the new windows (18) for a little over a month and we love them. We haven't received a current Electric bill since having the windows but I'll update once we do. The overall comfort of our home has risen considerably, and the noise outside has been greatly reduced. We are extremely pleased with our windows and Graceland was definitely the right choice for us.
