I had the easiest experience in working with the Service department last week. Mason C communicated well, set realistic expectations and followed through, and even coordinated the shuttle for me. Thanks, Mason!

We love Ralph in the service department. Ralph is on top of everything Blue ( my 2019 Tiguan) needs and keeps me on track with my maintenance schedule. Thank you Ralph for all you do! Al is fantastic too if Ralph is not available. Thank you guys!
