I have found that knowledgeable, efficient, friendly service is Job One at DHC! Additionally, the air purifying ultraviolet light kit Jerry recommended for our unit has proven to be a wise decision for our health.

Twice now, we have called upon DHC for assistance and they have been a shining star both times. Today, Robert went above and beyond. Despite being stung several times when he opened an outdoor electrical box, he hung in there, worked the problem to completion and double checked his effort to proactively correct what could have been another issue. Kudos and gratitude to you for having such a remarkable person on your staff. He is to be commended for creating a customer for life!

Our heat has not been working properly in our house and with a 11 month old baby in frigid temperatures, that was a major issue. Although the problem wasn't fixed on the first couple of attempts, Jerry made sure to send another tech out to take care of us and even refunded us for the work they did originally when that did not fix the problem. He made sure to make it right and in this day and time, that is all you can ask for. Jerry is a good business owner who I felt righted the wrong.
