From the first call to the completion of the job everyone in your company was friendly, efficient, helpful and kind. The speed of the service was excellent. It is not easy to deal with my testy and obstinate grandparents, but your service guy, Mark, was kind and engaging. My grandpapa forgot to object to all the changes and just chatted with Mark.
They finished the job in a couple of hours. My grandparents were very happy with the job. Their windows work just fine now. They dont have to worry about drafts and colds. They want me to convey their satisfaction. Wed only be too happy to recommend your company to friends and relatives.

Ive had availed of your service twice this month! The first time was when our key broke in our front door lock. I had to call you, and a guy from your company arrived within 15 minutes! He checked the lock, dealt with the key stuck inside, change the barrel, and had everything fix within a couple of hours! The second time was when we needed to fit a deadlock. We called up again, and someone arrived within an hour or so and completed the job without any fuss.

Just a quick note thank you for the excellent work and quality service youve provided my family over the last week. Weve recently moved to a new city and a new home. We needed to change the locks in our new home. Although our realtor probably did something about them when we asked her to have the locks change before we moved in, we discovered that some locks are not as secured as others.
