I was apprehensive in hiring locksmiths because of my previous experience. I was charged so high for such a simple door key replacement service. But I was obligated to do so because this time, the door knob in our bedroom got broken and a new one has to be installed. I came across Big Solutions Lock And Key and called them up. I inquired about the rate for the installation and it was fair. I also asked for recommendation about the brand of door knob that I could buy to make sure that it would not be broken easily, but they told me they have a wide range of door knobs that I could choose from and all these are durable. They were so professional and helpful. I was glad I found them

My friend referred me to Big Solutions Lock And Key when I told him my car key broke in the ignition. I needed to get it out and to replace it with a new one so I can use it the soonest possible time. I also wanted to have my ignition checked for it might be damaged when it happened. I called them up and gave me a quote, which turned out to be accurate. They extracted the broken key and replaced it with a new one.
They also inspected the ignition and found that it was not damaged. They performed all these services quick and I was able to use my car the next day! They did a great job! They were so nice and courteous, and careful in handling my car

I am extremely worried about my building because stealing happens each time. Office supplies and company products are missing almost each week. Because this has been happening for a long time already and the thieves are showing no sign of stopping, I asked Big Solution Lock And Key for help. They recommended that I improve the security level by installing keyless entry security system that will help me control the access of employees and visitors not only in the main entrance, but also in the warehouse area, where the products are stored. And it did great! The incidence of theft has stopped and not everyone is able to enter the building. I am able to monitor the productivity of my employees as well. I am truly thankful
