I would recommend this be the first place anyone brings their computer to get IT services. Service was impeccable, I was able to speak to a real person, and the care that all members gave to me helped me get back to my business in a day! Way faster than the 3 weeks best buy said it would take.

When I dropped off my laptop to have the screen repaired I expected to have to wait a week. Not so! The techs at Computer CPR were able to install it while I waited; no sending the computer out for repair. The techs at Computer CPR are actually the ones doing the work. I was able to walk out with a working computer! Very happy!

Thanks so much for sending Kenny over from your Fort Worth office to help with removing the virus off my computer! There's a hundred cables coming out of the back of that computer and I did not want to unhook all that stuff and bring it to you. So glad that you all are able to come out to handle a need like that. Great job to repair my 9 yr old HP replacing the fan. So glad to have the great customer service that I then purchased a new ASUS from them. This was delivered as promised with all my files, e- mail set up and internet favs- Great Job !! Extremely Pleased and I will use them again and recommend others to also use them !!
