David was fantastic. He arrived early and was there to meet us. We started on the exterior inspection before the agent arrived and we were able to get in to the home. Due to an unforeseen issue with the gas being turned off, he returned to finish the inspection that same week when it was turned back on. David was very thorough, and talked through what he was looking for/at, as well as the findings throughout the home. I would definitely use him again and refer him to others.
