Coming home from a 3 day weekend during an extreme heat wave we found our A/C unit had quit working. We were in panic mode and began calling even though it was on a Sunday and Father's Day. Our phone call was answered by a live person (Erica) who said she would have one of the technicians call us back. We had a call back within 10 minutes! Matt said he would be out at 8 am the next morning and they kept their promise. Matt and Angel coordinated the entire uninstall and install of our new unit. The A/C was back on by 3 pm that same afternoon. We would like to thank Erica, Matt and Angel for their promptness, politeness and professionalism.

Airtime is very professional and provide excellent customer service. My air-conditioner completely went out and they were there within 24 hours to replace the one I had at a very reasonable cost. This was our first time having any service done by Air Time. Joshua Findlay came to tune up our air conditioning and he was amazing! He was very professional and went above and beyond to help us. He answered all or our questions and even added a chemical coil cleaning! We usually use a different company but we are considering switching to Air Time. Even when calling yo set up an appointment, their customer service was wonderful. We are truly impressed. If all of Air Time's employees are as efficient as Joshua, we know we would be in good hands!

They are awesome !!!!! They made sure they were here in an emergency my son has a rare form of epilepsy and made it a priority to get to us ......they worked all night for us ....I am totally thankful for them ....I am recommending them for anyone that wants honest work at a reasonable price .....Thank you again Matt
