I work run a service company and therefore may judge more harshly than others; however, I also recognize GREAT service when received. Jake came out to the boonies on a Sunday for an emergency that wasn't critical, but more I needed help. He was extremely professional, cleaned up after himself, offered great insight and information regarding the wide range of services offered by RP. We had an unrelated secondary issue I had to call him back out for and he showed up still smiling when he finished at 10pm. Amazing job, excellent employees and customer service. I will tell everyone I know who needs a plumber where they can get excellent service. Thanks again!

Very good company to work with. We had a last minute leak happen in our Kitchen Sink. When their crew finished a job early they called and came right on over to fix our problem. The crew's always polite and professional, and take care to not dirty up your house.

Royal Plumbing has and does excellent work for me in repairing, replacing and maintaining the plumbing system in our 1960's-era home, from fixtures to underground. Eric ensures that major problems and expense are avoided by his bi-annual inspections of our plumbing system, which is part of our membership in the Royal Club.
