We love Paragon! After calling around and getting a couple quotes from other companies and being disappointed with the expensive quotes we were getting I finally decided to try Angie's list. I originally called Paragon because it was highly rated and they offered a discount if you found them through Angie's list. After talking with Jake the first time on the phone he assured me that he'd be able to work with us to fit our budget, which was very refreshing after talking with other people who will only put one type of roof with all the bells and whistles on your house.
We met with Jake and got our quote, which was about 20% less than others we had gotten. Jake was so nice and friendly, we signed the contract as soon as we got the quote. The dumpster and supplies were at our house the day before the crew showed up. Then the crew was only here for 2 days, so quick! They were all super nice and someone even crawled in through the skylight hole to put down a tarp so our carpet wouldn't get ruined.
Our final price even ended up being less than what we were quoted for! They cleaned everything up really well. Basically, I have nothing bad to say about Jake and his guys. I feel very lucky that we found them, and if we ever do any exterior work in the future I will definitely be calling them!

Jake and his crew were very friendly and performed the work in the time frame he gave. They did a great job cleaning up and protecting our trees and shrubs during demolition. He gave a very competitive price for a two layer tear off and replacement and executed it very well. I would recommend Paragon Exteriors.

Jake gave a quick and accurate quote and was very responsive all the way through. Timing was complicated because of weather but I always knew what was going on. The guys worked really hard on the roof and results were great. They have higher credentials with the manufacturer than others which makes me more confident in the warranty and any future needs that may arise. We're very happy with the choice we made.

This place is great. I was in a bad situation with another contractor and Randy with Paragon Exteriors stepped in and did an awesome job putting my roof and gutters project. Communication was great, and the quality of work was great as well. I'm very impressed and will be using them again for any other projects I may need in the future. Jake the owner was on site working hard and also was very helpful when I had questions for him as well. Can't thank them enough for taking on my project and doing such a great job, being so patient with me and answering all of my questions!

Paragon Exteriors did an outstanding job with my roof tear off and replacement. The roof looks great and installation and cleanup was superior. No large dumpster during terror off, but instead, a portable unit that was removed daily. Price was great and service excellent! Thank you!!!
