I have always had horrible luck with automotive shops, but this place was amazing! They were super friendly and professional - definitely above and beyond! They didn't try to pressure me into fixing things that weren't actually wrong with the car. In fact, with the one thing urgent thing that they did recommend fixing, they gave me an estimate of how long I had before it became an emergeny instead of pressuring me to fix it right away.

When they were done with the inspection I requested, I got a text to my phone with a link to all kinds of details. I took in my 1990 F150 to have the AC checked. The AC wasnt blowing cold. I had previously tried taking it to Pepboys but they refused to take my truck because of the old AC system. Champs not only fixed and upgraded my AC system at an unbeatable price but they also recommended other areas that my truck needed work on. Their honest opinion and will to fix my trucks problems is greatly appreciated.

Service Advisor Brandt Boroviak and the service technicians were honest, courteous, and efficient. My 8-yr-old Ford Fiesta's A/C began to falter, and they diagnosed the problem in 48 hrs. Upon giving the company the "go ahead" on the job, the car was repaired in 24 hours, and I picked it up the next day. I had them inspect it, since it was nearing 100K mi., and they found a cracked spark plug, and instead of pushing me to have all plugs replaced, which would have meant more parts and labor costs, they were fine with me doing that job myself.

I felt no pressure to spend more money with them. I really appreciated the very thorough reports they sent me (which included pictures) of the parts needing replaced, with the technician's notes detailing how he arrived at his diagnosis. The work orders outlining their estimates were detailed and made sense. This was my first experience with CHAMPS Family Automotive, and if there is ever another problem with my car, I will be calling Brandt! 5 Stars!!

We are so happy with Champ's. Brought our RV and Jeep in for a tow package installation. They ran into some unforeseen issues with the equipment. Explained everything to us and showed us and taught us. They stayed well past their closing time to finish and get us on our way. They were never impatient even when we were. When he let his guys go for the night they all said no and were staying til it was done. That is a great team, which is an indication of a super work environment. This is the second time they have done work for us and had awesome service from start to finish. HIGHLY recommend them!

My motorhome had mechanical problems when traveling through Phoenix. Champs Family Automotive immediately worked me in to get my repairs completed as soon as possible. They were very thorough in their work and did their best to keep repair costs down. Josh kept close track of all the work and kept me informed of the progress, including working himself to 9:00 in the evening to assure repairs were completed and the quality of the work was assured. They even located a nearby hotel that would accept our pet. I have dealt with many repair shops and without question these are the best by far I have ever had experience with.

AMAZING SERVICE!!! I was traveling across country and was passing through Goodyear and had car issues. Found this shop near to where we broke down. Called several repair shops and all said they were to busy to see me that day let alone within 2-3 as the were booked with appointments. I called Champs and even though they were super busy, the manager was willing to work with me due to my situation as we are a time sensitive schedule on our travels.

The tow trick driver dropped my car off at Champs 30 minutes before closing and they stayed after and worked on my car until they figured out the problem. Because it was a computerized key issue, I was not able to get out until the next day, but the Champ's employees worked hard to get me new keys ready to go by midday the next day. EXTREMELY reasonable cost as well. I would recommend Champ's Family Auto to anyone and everyone looking for repairs in the Goodyear area.

I visited Champs Family Automotive to get a new Alternator installed in my Tacoma truck. The evening before, I was stranded when my truck wouldn't start, got a jump and made it to nearest shop to get checked out. The other shop hooked up their battery & charging system tester and told me I needed a new battery (which I got) and a new Alternator. Called Champs Family Automotive the next morning and they fit me in right away, but Josh said they would check everything out first - not just schedule a new Alternator install.

Well I went to Champs Family Automotive because they won the Better Business Bureau Blue Torch of Ethics Award and now I see why. They ran all the tests (twice) and my Alternator was working properly, I didn't need to spend the money on a new one. They did all this at no cost and saved me money that I was ready to spend. With my new battery my truck is starting just fine every time. I highly recommend Champs Family Automotive and will always take my vehicles to them. It is great to know I have a shop that is competent and honest. I tell all my family and friends to go to Champs Family Automotive.
