Prompt, Efficient, courteous and Knowledgeable. I emailed KSM before the July 4th holiday and the promptly responded and I was able to quickly setup a appointment. The technician that came out was very efficient diagnosing the problem with my old gas oven. The repair time was short and his diagnosis was spot on. KSM appliance repair is my go to appliance service. I highly recommend them to anyone with appliance problems.

Our dryer had been making a loud noise for about a week before I finally decided to make a call. Ksm appliance repair was easy to find online and when I called the women was extremely polite, she scheduled us for the next morning and called to notify us within an hour before arriving. Our dryer was fixed in less then an hour and is back running great! Thank you for very fast and polite service. We will be calling again for all our appliance needs.

I called them first thing this morning - for the first time - about an issue we thought we were having with our refrigerator. Mr. Sheppard was at our house by 9 a.m.!!! It was an easy fix, however he gave me a lot of good information about another appliance. I will definitely use this company again.
