KMT really educated me on the various security monitoring offerings that were out there and what would be best for me in my specific situation. I had started engaging with KMT even before my home was built, in order to figure out whether I should opt for the wire sensors or wireless sensors for my home, and they really helped explain everything. When it came time to activate service, they were very prompt and also spent a lot of time explaining the various systems and the total cost of ownership of each. Once I had made my decision, they were quick to come in and install. They have my recommendation.

I am very happy with the customer service and support I received. The installation tech showed the up-most professionalism and did a very thorough walk-through with me showing me all of the system features. He took his time and made sure I understood what I was purchasing and even showed me how to install my own sensors. I recently moved into a new construction home and have had to deal with a number of different vendors. KMT System has been the most pleasant to work with. I don't know what you guys are doing but keep it up. You have a customer for life.

I would highly recommend KMT security for any residential or commercial offices. We had an attempted break in today at our office. As soon as the window was busted the alarm went off and within seconds we were getting phone calls from KMT asking to verify the alarm and if they should contact the police. As soon as normal business hours were open I spoke with Tuey to see about getting the surveillance for the investigators and he drove 30 minutes out of his way to come and assist myself and the investigators with all the security footage. Tuey...I can't thank you enough for all you did for us today that led to the knowledge of the suspect. Thank you guys for everything!!
