Service Rep. Eric arrived on time. After examining our AC unit, explained in detail our problem and proceeded to explain our options and the cost involved. He serviced the AC unit and checked to see that it was working correctly before leaving. Other than the cost of the service, at this time, we are again enjoying cooling in out home.

Dale just saved us 100+ dollars. He answered my question. Had my furnace running like new in a matter of minutes. Called a couple places first, wouldn't let me talk to anyone, just wanted to send a tech for 100 bucks, just to diagnose the problem. Only place I will go from now on. Thank you very much Dale.
