Jeffery arrived to complete our service today, and I arrived home just as he was leaving. He kindly rolled down his window and inquired if there was anything else we needed him to check. With a cheerful attitude, he promptly entered our home and took care of a dead mouse that had been in our crawl space. I really appreciated his willingness to go the extra mile.

Michael came today and helped us remove all the spider webs around the outside of our house and sprayed for insects. He was attentive and asked us if we were having any insect problems in the house, which luckily we dont. We love the service we get from PURCOR Pest control.

They are so polite, professional, and they offer reasonably priced services! I have been using this service for nearly a year now and recommend them to my neighbors and loved ones. They go above and beyond when they service my home. I really appreciate that they sweep and spray under my patio furniture. The products they use are effective, but don't pose a health risk to the people in my household. Lastly, I appreciate that they email me a report of their service after every visit.

JJ is amazing, he is very knowledgeable and professional. When the cridders get overwhelming he takes care of them for me. I have always done my own spraying but with JJ and Byrd I no longer have worries and have been pest free since contracting with them!

Had our second service which is a follow-up to the first. Garrett was the technician who came out. He explained more things about the "spider battle" and was very thorough in his explanation. He then went about touching up some problem areas for spiders, some of which I pointed out and others he spotted from his inspection of our home. Garrett was very polite and just great in which to work. We are VERY happy with Byrd Pest Control.

When John was servicing the customer service and results were fantastic! When another employee started servicing us, things may have been overlooked then I realized that I need to speak with the sprayer. So I did. Since I've spoken with him, he's addressed all my concerns, delivered great customer service and checked in with me to be sure I was satisfied with his work. That is fabulous! The best pest company ever, very reliable and always there for you when you need them. I first called John the owner to save us from a rodent in our home, we had just had a baby and I was not having it. He put a trap and said see you in 2 days. His trapped worked. From then on we became his bi monthly customers w no rodent problems and less spiders and bugs. I always recomend Byrd Pest Management. We are a satisfied customer....
