Emergency Plumbing
Our 24/7 emergency plumbing service addresses critical issues like burst pipes, severe leaks, and sewer backups. With rapid response times and advanced diagnostic tools, we resolve emergencies efficiently while minimizing property damage. Technicians carry essential replacement parts for immediate fixes.
Water Heater Repair
We diagnose and repair all water heater types including tankless systems. Services include element replacement, thermostat adjustments, and tank flushing. Our team also handles complete replacements with energy-efficient models for improved performance and lower utility costs.
Sewer Line Replacement
Using trenchless technology, we replace damaged sewer lines with minimal landscape disruption. This method involves creating a new pipe within the existing line, offering faster completion times and reduced restoration needs compared to traditional excavation methods.
Hydro Jetting
High-pressure water jetting clears stubborn clogs and buildup in drains and sewer lines. This environmentally friendly method effectively removes tree roots, grease, and mineral deposits while restoring optimal flow capacity without damaging pipes.
Water Treatment Systems
We install and service whole-home water treatment solutions including softeners, filtration systems, and reverse osmosis units. These systems address hard water issues, remove contaminants, and improve water taste while protecting plumbing infrastructure from mineral buildup.

They are professional, courteous, and reliable, a little on the expensive side but you get what you pay for. I am very pleased with the toilet replacement, I will hire them again for sure.

I am the property manager of a large apartment complex in Boise. I called and Rick came out for a work order and ended up stopping to handle an emergency that came up. He was flexible and had the customers' (me as well as my tenant) satisfaction as a priority and he did great work. I look forward to working with Rick and Plumbing Solutions of Idaho again!

I have used Plumbing Solutions for a few different jobs. Every time a technician comes to my home they are clean, thorough, and polite. They explain the job and what needs to be done. Most recently we had a water softener installed. After a few days we lost water pressure on our second floor. Russ without hesitation came right out to our home and helped us fix the problem. That is great service! Plumbing Solutions is now my go-to for any plumbing needs.

I have an older home on the Boise Bench (depot area) and had big trees that damaged my sewer line. These folks came out and fixed it and it was a big job. I also had a sump pump in basement that needed replacing and they did that a different time, small job, but again excellent work. And when Ive had a quick question they actually answer their phones and/or call me back within an hour. Excellent service and support. Highly recommend

Plumbing Solutions was fantastic, start to finish. I had a broken water line. They responded immediately. I had called other businesses and left messages. Some of the other businesses still haven't called me back, months later.
Plumbing Solutions took care of my problem immediately. Everybody was great, polite, respectful, and understanding from the office personnel to the workers. In particular, Russ (I think he was the foreman) was 100% professional.

I spoke to him a few times. He was outstanding. I honestly can't say enough good things about Russ, Plumbing solutions and the whole crew. I would recommend them to anybody. Thanks so much to Russ and Plumbing Solutions.
